Berry Infrastructure Partners submitted their final bids for the Saskatoon Civic Operations Centre P3 Project in Canada on October 17, 2014.
The project involves the DBFM of a bus transit facility and the DBFMO of a snow management facility in central Saskatchewan.
The project is expected to reach financial close by the end of 2014 with the operational period commencing in 2017. The contract will be for 25 years and is worth C$128 miillion.
Operis were pleased to have worked with Berry Infrastructure Partners, comprising Hochtief, DIF III, Strasman Architects, Buttcon, Clark Builders Partnership and Black & McDonald, by undertaking a full model audit at their final bid submission.
