The Prime Balfour Beatty consortium of Prime, Balfour Beatty and HICL today submitted its bid for the Primary Care Centres PPP Project in Ireland.
The project involves the design build and ongoing maintenance of Primary Care Centres across 14 sites throughout Ireland. These sites will offer GP services as well as a number providing a wider range of community based services including dental services and mental health services.
In its role as financial advisor to Prime Balfour Beatty, Operis advised the consortium in developing the financial structure of the project and preparing a financial model and financial checklist to support the bid.
Prime Balfour Beatty is competing with two other bidders for the concession, with a preferred bidder expected to be announced in April 2015.
