Bids were submitted for the design, build, financing, operation and maintenance of a new 16 mile motorway bypass around the City of Portsmouth, Ohio on September 19, 2014.
The new road, to be designated State Route 823, will comprise a four-lane, 16-mile highway that will bypass approximately 26 miles of US-52 and US-23 through Portsmouth. The new bypass will improve travel and regional mobility as well as provide travel time savings of up to 16 minutes per journey.
In support of the Cintra consortium, Operis were pleased to undertake a model audit which included a review of the model’s tax and accounting.
