Fiera Axium Infrstructure Canada II L.P, as part of the consortium Équipe Centre d’entretien Sébastopol, have submitted their bid today to build and run a new commuter rail rolling stock maintenance centre in Pointe-Saint-Charles in Montreal, Canada.
The project is being commissioned by Infrastructure Quebec, in collaboration with the Quebec transport authority, Agence Metropolitaine de Transport.
With construction due to begin in June 2015 and fully completed by December 2017, the centre is designed to meet the requirements of new rolling stock and will be used to maintain trains running on the CN network bound for Central Station.
In support of the consortium’s bid, Operis was pleased to undertake a full audit of their financial model.
