EllisDon have submitted their bid to design, build and short-term finance a new multi-use sports and entertainment facility in Moncton, Canada.
Once completed, a combination of sporting and non-sporting events will be hosted in the new arena which will be equipped with seating exceeding 7,500.
In support of EllisDon’s bid, Operis were pleased to undertake a full model audit of the financial model including a review of the model’s tax and accounting.
