A consortium of Southern Housing and Wates have submitted their bid for the Woking Social Housing PFI Project.
The project involves the provision of 190 new homes in the Woking area with ongoing responsibilities including the maintenance and management of the properties over a 25-year concession period. There will also be the opportunity to develop further homes for affordable or private sale and some demolition work.
Operis was engaged by the consortium to provide financial model due diligence services on their bid submission model.
