Bids were submitted on December 16, 2013 for the Waterloo Light Rail Transit project. The project involves the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of 19 kilometres of light rail transit line in the Waterloo Region of Ontario, Canada, between Conestoga Mall in Waterloo and Fairview Park Mall in Kitchener.
Operis completed a model audit for the Kitchener Waterloo Cambridge Transit Partners consortium, which includes Gracorp, Fluor and Parsons. The successful bidder is expected to be announced in early 2014.
