The De Basis consortium, consisting of Macquarie, VolkerWessels, Hypsos and Facilicom, has submitted its bid for the Soesterberg Military Museum.
The 27-year project involves the design, build, finance and operation of a military museum near Utrecht in the Netherlands. The museum is to be built on the site of a disused airfield and will combine exhibits from the current air and army museums. The project has been commissioned by the Dutch Ministry of Defence.
Operis audited the financial model put forward by the consortium for the bid, and will update the audit should the consortium be named preferred bidder.
