The Cambridge Memorial Hospital project involves a design and build contract comprising renovations and new construction at the existing hospital in Ontario, Canada. Final bids were submitted by four consortia on April 21, 2014.
Following the award of the contract in summer 2014, the preferred proponent will be required to complete the construction works within 5 years.
