Bids were submitted for the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of a new water treatment plant and storage reservoir in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada on October 7, 2015.
As the largest municipal infrastructure project ever carried out in province, the new 100 million litre per day drinking water treatment plant will provide the residents of Saint John with safe, clean water and will also minimise ongoing maintenance costs for the City. The project will be constructed over a three year period with a 32 year concession.
In support of the Port Water City Solutions consortium’s bid, comprising Meridiam, Bird Construction and American Water, Operis was pleased to undertake an audit of the financial model.
