Bids were submitted for the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of the new Saskatchewan Hospital and integrated correctional facility in North Battleford, Canada, on June 2, 2015.
The new facility will include 188 hospital beds, an increase from the existing building’s 156 beds, along with a 96 room correctional facility. The construction of the new facility is expected to start in summer 2015 with a target completion of summer 2018.
Operis was pleased to undertake a full model audit of the financial model on behalf of the Access Prairies Partnership which included a review of the model’s tax and accounting.
