Bids were submitted on July 15, 2014, for the Joseph Brant Hospital redevelopment and expansion P3 project in the province of Ontario, Canada.
The project comprises the construction of a new patient care tower, intensive care unit and emergency department as well as renovations to the existing hospital spaces. The project is being commissioned by Infrastructure Ontario and the Joseph Brant Hospital. Construction is expected to begin in early 2015 and fully completed by December 2019.
One of three bidders is innovaCARE Partners, a consortium made up of Graham Design Builders LP, Walsh Infrastructure Canada Limited, Kasian Architecture Ontario Inc. and Scotiabank. Operis supported innovaCARE Partners by undertaking a full audit of the financial model used for their bid.
