The inspiredspaces consortium of Carillion and DIF today submitted its final bid for the Schools Bundle 5 PPP Project in Ireland.
The project involves the Design, Build, Finance and Maintenance of 6 schools on 4 sites located in counties Meath, Carlow (2), Wicklow (2) and Wexford. This Project is the fifth PPP project in the Schools PPP Programme.
In its role as financial advisor to inspiredspaces, Operis advised the consortium in developing the financial structure of the project and financial modelling.
inspiredspaces is competing with one other bidder for the project, with a preferred bidder expected to be announced in late summer 2015.
