The Oak Street Health Partners consortium have submitted their bid for the Children’s and Women’s Hospital Redevelopment Project. The project comprises the construction of the new Children’s Hospital and the renovation and expansion of the Women’s Hospital in British Columbia, Canada.
This project is expected to achieve financial close In April 2014, with construction expected to finish by June 2017. The concession will then operate for 30 years.
Operis audited the financial model for the consortium, which comprises Gracorp, Laing O’Rourke and HCP.
