Hospital Infrastructure Partners Inc have submitted their bid for the New Oakville Hospital P3 project in the Toronto, Canada.
The project involves the construction of a new hospital to replace the existing facility that was built in the 1950s. The new facility will have 457 beds that will evolve over time to accommodate 704 beds, covering approximately 921,970 square feet, located on a 50 acre new hospital green field development at Dundas Street and Third Line in Oakville.
The Hospital Infrastructure Partners consortium comprises of Fengate Capital, EllisDon and Carillion.
To accompany the bid Operis provided financial model audit services including a tax and accounting review to the consortium. Operis is also engaged to provide model audit services for the financial close on behalf of the consortium, subject to being awarded preferred bidder which is being announced in April 2011.
