CFE and DIF submitted their bid on 30 March 2011 for the Stelplaatsen Cluster 2 project in the Flemish region of Belgium.
The project involves the construction and maintenance of four bus depots. The project is being procured by De Lijn, the Flemish Region’s transport authority.
The project comprises a two year construction period followed by a 30 year concession, and covers the following sites:
- Aalst
- Luven
- Sint-Niklaas
- Hasselt
Operis offered its Financial Modelling Plus service, which involved financial modelling and assisting the client to use the financial model in order to analyse and realise the most advantageous project and financing arrangements.
