Dundee Kilner Developments submitted their bid for the Pan American Games Athletes’ Village P3 project on 23 June 2011.
The project involves the construction of athletes’ accommodation and additional facilities for 8500 competitors and officials who will take part in the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto, Canada. Once the games are over, the village will become a mixed-use, pedestrian- friendly riverside community, including affordable housing.
To accompany the bid, OPERIS conducted financial model auditing services as well as tax & accounting review on behalf of the sponsors.
