Bilfinger Berger Global Infrastructure (BBGI) has acquired four secondary infrastructure concessions. Operis was pleased to be involved by providing support during the acquisition process.
The four concessions comprise Golden Ears Bridge and Women’s College Hospital in Canada, the Ohio River Bridges P3 project in the USA and the E18 Road (Grimstad to Kristiansand) in Norway.
Operis advised BBGI by providing model auditing services on the existing concession models, as well as modelling support to assist BBGI in evaluating the four SPVs.
