A consortium comprising of VolkerInfra and DIF has submitted its financial BAFO for the N18 Groenlo – Enschede PPP project in the Netherlands.
The project is a 25-year design, build, finance and maintain contract tendered by Rijkswaterstaat, the Dutch Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management. It will involve expanding 20km of road between Groenlo and Haaksbergen from two lanes to three, as well as building 7km of dual carriageway between Haaksbergen and Enschede.
The preferred bidder for the project is expected to be announced later this month.
