At the end of 2018, Axium Infrastructure completed the purchase from EDP Renewables of an 80% stake in three North American wind farms in a transaction known as Project Quatro.
The wind farm portfolio includes the 200MW Meadow Lake VI wind farm in Indiana, the 199MW Prairie Queen wind farm in Kansas, and the 100MW Nation Rise wind farm in Ontario.
Operis carried out an audit of the financial model used to price the transaction on behalf of Axium Infrastructure.
