A consortium of Arlington Advisors and Equitix have recently acquired student accommodation buildings, consisting of 2,458 beds across five cities in the United Kingdom. These sites are already housing students in Bristol, Cardiff, Newcastle, Nottingham, and Leicester.
Financial Close occurred in late December 2018, with the acquisition being financed by the proceeds of a £200 million of senior debt.
