Earlier this month, Operis performed a full formal audit of the operating model for the A25 toll road in Canada. The concession is owned by Transurban, an Australian road operator.
The 7.2km A25 toll road is an important commuter road to the north of the city of Montreal, Quebec. The P3 contract to expand the road has a 35-year term which runs until 2042. It opened to traffic in May 2011.
