Bids were submitted for the A10-A24 Neuruppin-Pankow A-Model Road PPP project on February, 23rd, 2017.
The project involves the widening of the A10 highway to six lanes for 29.6 km and the complete reconstruction of a 29.2 km section of the A24 road, both located in Brandenburg, Germany.
On behalf of the HABAU and BAM PPP consortium, Operis was pleased to perform the audit of the financial model, including a full tax and accounting review.
