Axium Infrastructure has acquired a 110MW portofolio of North American solar photovoltaic plants in Canada and the US. Previously owned by renewable Energy Trust Capital, the portfolio is spread across eight sites, with two in California, three in Georgia and three in Ontario. The facilities became operational between 2012 and 2015 and all have associated fixed-price power purchase agreements (PPAs).
Operis provided an audit of the model used by Axium Infrastructure to price the portfolio, together with a review of the relevant PPAs and financing documents.
