3i agrees to purchase Joulz Diensten 15 Apr 2019

3i Infrastructure has recently agreed to acquire 100% of Joulz Diensten B.V. from Stedin Holding NV, a Dutch distribution grid operator.

Joulz Diensten provides energy infrastructure equipment and services in The Netherlands.

Operis was pleased to carry out an audit of the financial model used to price and structure the transaction.
