Who we are looking for:
Operis recruits project financiers, PFI specialists, tax & accounting staff, and graduates.
We seek to recruit the highest calibre staff, either who are experts in their area or who are graduates or about to graduate.
Graduates and postdocs start as trainee financial analysts working with complex Excel spreadsheets and are trained to become the best financial modellers in the country.

Graduates
Our preference is for graduates and postdocs with top degrees in highly numerate subjects from the best Universities. Enthusiasm for hard work and a desire to take responsibility are essential. Successful applicants will be ambitious with a keen intellect, able to think flexibly, and excellent communicators.
