Paul joined Operis in 1998 and is the Head of the Analytical Group. 
In this role Paul splits his time between sales development and overall management of the analysis performed by
the firm, and also leads more sophisticated modelling development and audit work. He has managed teams
involved in projects from a wide range of sectors including infrastructure, property, telecommunications, healthcare,
education, petrochemicals and securitisation.
Paul takes part in the promotion of Operis' primary market PFI fund, including investor presentations and financial analysis.
In recent times Paul has managed audit assignments involving over £5bn of structured financing.
Paul holds an MA in Computer Science from St Catharine's College, Cambridge. He has attended the London Business School's Corporate Finance evening programme, several project finance and management courses, and has completed Operis' internal courses.
