PFI Modelling Extended Techniques
Overview
This course follows on from the Project Finance Methodology and Techniques course. It explores a number of more advanced techniques which are used in complex PFI/PPP models.
We explore how to develop a model for use in a PFI/PPP bid, such as
modelling quarterly periods, fixed asset and contract debtor accounting, reserves, cover ratios, handling circular code and a variety of project evaluation criteria.
We will expect you to have attended the Project Finance Methodology and Techniques course before attending this course.
