Paul Bryans has joined Operis to assist the finalising and managing of a PFI Fund and will also assist on advisory
transactions.
Paul came to Operis with extensive experience of project finance across a wide range of sectors, having been heavily involved in the extension of PFI into the UK local authority sector as the first Chief Executive of the Public Private Partnership Programme (4ps).
He was also a Director of European Capital prior to its acquisition by Investec.
