management and delivery of the Corporate Health Standard assessment process.
The successful bidder will be required to manage the assessment process for
each business/organisation engaged across The Corporate Health
Standard (CHS) is the national mark of quality for health and well-being in
the workplace for businesses and organisations employing more than 50 people.
CHS awards are available to public, private and voluntary sector
organisations that have demonstrated a commitment to improving the health and
well-being of their workforce. There are four levels of award available:
bronze, silver, gold and platinum, to recognise each development stage
reached. This contract will be
available for use by other government departments and associated bodies with
the prior written approval of the Authority. The Welsh Assembly
Government, on behalf of the Welsh Ministers, will be conducting this
