Project (PPP) is a registered charity who have
procured design and consents for a new community centre c 1 700 m². PPP
now invites applications from suitably qualified, competent and experienced
contractors to construct the new two storey steel
framed building on a site in Wick. The contract will be let under an NEC3
Engineering & Construction Contract. It is anticipated that
the works will commence in February 2010 and that construction will be
completed by summer 2011. Note: To register your

be required to produce a certificate or declaration demonstrating that the
candidate, their directors, or any other person who has powers of

they will not be selected to participate in this procurement process. (3) All candidates will

be required to provide statements of accounts or extracts from those accounts
