government department and executive agency of the Chancellor of the

(work starts on the SIS re-tender in April 2010, the contract is currently
worth circa 100 000 000 GBP per annum). Bidders must confirm that they are able to provide advice
for both English and Scottish law, either through your own organisation or
through an agreement you have with a Scottish Legal Practice. Services will be required on a call-off basis during the
life of the contract. Work requests may be in respect of projects of varying
sizes or individual issues or cases. The subject areas where NS&I may require advice and
assistance may include, but not be limited to: Legal Services - Major Projects (including complex,
