Comprehensive technical advice will be required on the demolition and re provision of housing, remodelling of retained properties, provision of Extra Care facilities and re provision of existing commercial and community facilities.

Advice may be required on the full scope of issues that fall within the 4P?s Procurement Pack for Technical Advisors.
