agreement with a supplier to provide the following two services for the
EFM-Information Enterprise System for Estates and Facilities information
within the NHS to establish a framework agreement permitting the following: 1.
Call-off service developing new and modifying/maintaining existing web
applications to meet data collection requirements; and 2.
Call-off of technical support services for EFM The
system is primarily used by the NHS but will also be accessed by private
companies, other data providers and stakeholders as required. Technical
support will be provided via telephone and email for the existing software
solutions, and will also encompass undertaking amendments, updates through a
regular maintenance process and regular communication to the IC of the status

incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period

days from notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing

appeal regarding the award of a contract has not been successfully resolved
the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No 5) provide for aggrieved
