A contract is required to provide a support service for the Bikeability Cycle training scheme. The support service must cover the registration and accreditation of schemes seeking Bikeability Accreditation and support for Bikeability scheme organisers. This support will need to cover a Scheme Development' support service, to provide support to School Sports Partnerships Development Managers (PDMs) to deliver Bikeability. This will include help in either obtaining Bikeability Accreditation or funding.
