Mercian Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord, with approx 3300 rented, shared ownership and supported units in the West Midlands area.

Mercian has two subsidiary companies, ART Homes and the Zenith Development Partnership (ZDP).

ART Homes was acquired in 2003 and provides subsidised loans and equity release products for repairs, improvements and relocation for private home owners.

ZDP was established in 2003 as a joint venture with Trident Housing Association to deliver development services. Zenith became a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercian in March 2006.

Expressions of interest are now sought from suitable organisations for the provision of all insurance services, required by an RSL, as detailed in tender documents.
