The Pennine Lancashire Housing Market Partnership through Rossendale Borough Council are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide a stock condition survey covering the Pennine Lancashire boroughs of Blackburn with Darwen, Burnley, Hyndburn, Pendle, Ribble Valley and Rossendale situated within Lancashire.
