Council seeks to establish a framework of up to 12 contractors for the
provision of leasing facilities to finance the acquisition of vehicles, IT
and other equipment. Mini-tenders will be invited from the relevant
contractors within the framework depending on financing needs. Commissions
will be offered on a monthly basis to meet the requirements of the Council.
