Framework agreement for Construction Services for The Royal Free Hampstead NHS Trust's Capital Investment Programme. The works will include the ongoing modernisation of the estate and individual specific capital investments to meet the Trust's emerging service need. There will be two frameworks created - Option 1 for schemes between £1million and 2 000 000 GBP and Option 2 for schemes between 2 000 000 GBP and 10 000 000 GBP.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: For each Option: a) Provide case studies (of relevant value) of 5 NHS projects (of differing types) completed within the last 4 years, with details of the client and relevant contact name. This may be used to verify the previous performance for your organisation and to allow us to validate your other responses. Those relating to a Framework Agreement should be highlighted. Certificates of satisfactory execution of these works should be provided indicating the value, date and site of the works, specifying whether they were carried out according to the rules of the trade and properly completed. b) A list of the principal deliveries effected or the main services provided over the past 5 years, with the sums, dates and recipients, whether public or private. Evidence of delivery and services provided - where the recipient was a contracting authority, in the form of certificates issued or countersigned by the authority; where the recipient was a private purchaser, by the purchaser's certification or, by a declaration by the economic operator. c) Please provide your views on the key factors involved in the provision of new and the refurbishment of existing facilities within a "live" hospital environment. d) Please provide details of your experience of operating within framework agreements and the factors you feel are important for its success. e) The Trust is keen to ensure that Contractors deliver a high quality service. Please provide details to demonstrate how your organisation will resource the commission over the 4-year term. f) For public works contracts and public service contracts, and only in appropriate cases, an indication of the environmental management measures that the economic operator will be able to apply when performing the contract. g) With regards to products supplied: (i) samples, descriptions, and/or photographs, the authenticity of which must be certified if the contracting authority requests, (ii) certificates drawn up by official quality control institutes or agencies of recognised competence attesting the conformity of products clearly identified by references to specifications or standards. h) How have you optimised selection and specification of equipment and materials and incorporated the latest technological developments? i) Do you have or are you seeking certification under any internationally recognised quality standards?
