The project also envisages incorporating the provision of residential key worker accommodation. It is proposed that part of the northern end of the site will be disposed of for the private development of residential accommodation. Part of the project will involve non PFI works which will be carried out under a standard works contract (the value of which will be under the works financial threshold). On 3.7.2003, the contracting authority will be holding a meeting at which supplementary information can be obtained by candidates. It is anticipated that the services contract will run for a period of between 20 and 30 years from the intended commissioning date.
