 Hugh
Daniel is Joint Chief Executive of Operis. He has particular expertise
in energy, natural resources, infrastructure and intensive financial
analysis. He has headed up teams working for a number of structured
finance assignments in these sectors, including power projects,
both upstream and downstream hydrocarbon developments, mineral exploitation
and PPP/PFI. He also has worked on a number of corporate reporting
system assignments and has extensive experience in international
legal, trust and taxation issues.
During the 1980s he specialised in international taxation for
Andersen where he worked on a number of cross-border tax planning
arrangements.
Hugh has an MA degree in Computer Science from Sidney Sussex College,
Cambridge, and he is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Chartered
Institute of Taxation.
