Charles-André advises clients on project finance engagements across North America.

Charles-André has more than 10 year of experience in corporate and project finance which includes roles with ING and PwC.
Prior to joining Operis, Charles-André worked at PwC where he advised a large number of public and private clients on major infrastructure and renewable projects in Canada and Belgium. He has experience in advising on transportation, renewable & power, healthcare, accommodation, and real estate.

His most recent deals include: advising the Government of Canada in identifying options for a sale of concessions, advising a consortium of infrastructure investors in the refinancing of an transport asset, advising the Center for Addiction and Mental Health “CAMH” in the procurement of its Phase 1C project, advise on the acquisition of a large wind farm in Ontario, and advising a group of investor on the A11 Project, the first project to win the support of the EIB Project Bond initiative.

Charles-André holds a Master’s degree in applied economics from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles and a Masters in Management & Economics from the Universite Catholique de Louvain.
