Paul Bryans and David Thomas appointed Directors at Operis

Operis Business Engineering Ltd is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Paul Bryans and David Thomas as Directors.

Paul Bryans has joined Operis to assist the finalising and managing of a PFI Fund and will also assist on advisory transactions. Paul came to Operis with extensive experience of project finance across a wide range of sectors, having been heavily involved in the extension of PFI into the UK local authority sector as the first Chief Executive of the Public Private Partnership Programme (4ps). He was also a Director of European Capital prior to its acquisition by Investec.

David Thomas joined Operis in 2006 as Head of Advisory. He brings with him over twenty years’ experience concentrated in transport infrastructure, energy, project, regulated utility, and public/private financing. Previously David was the Director for Corporate Finance of the Strategic Rail Authority, prior to that with Deutsche Morgan Grenfell's project finance department. His experience includes analysis and structuring of corporate and project debt, as well as equity-raisings.
