NewsOperis advises on successful Barnsley NHS LIFT tranche Operis provided financial advice, including modelling support, to Community Solutions for Primary Care. Its financial close of a second set of schemes procured under the NHS LIFT structure was achieved this week.
This second close, in the first Tranche of the Barnsely NHS LIFT project, covered the Design, Build, Finance and Operation of facilities in Cudworth and Grimthorpe. £13 million pounds of funding was secured to finance the construction of surgeries for Barnsley Primary Care Trust's GPs and additional facilities at Cudworth from which Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council will supply associated services. Community Solutions for Primary Care is part of the Morgan Sindall group. 13 April 2007 |
