NewsOperis acquires another PFI Street Lighting clientBouygues (UK) Limited’s ETDE recently acquired David Webster Lighting, and in a joint venture with Mill Group’s Investors in the Community Fund II closed its first Street Lighting PFI proiect in Lambeth. Project finance was provided by Barclays PFI unit.
