Midlothian Primary Schools PPP reaches financial close in Edinburgh.

Operis was appointed by Skanska Quayle Munro (SQM) to carry out the financial model audit and advise funders, SMBC Europe on this £45m project.

SQM will design, build and finance eight new primary schools in the Midlothian region and then maintain them over a 30-year period.  Financial close was achieved on Thursday 13 July 2006 in Edinburgh.
