Seminar : Clinical Risk in the PFI Healthcare Markets

This seminar is aimed exclusively at funders in the Independent Sector Treatment Centre (ISTC) and NHS LIFT markets. The ISTC contracts led the way to clinical services being provided in a quasi-PFI solution.

Senior debt arrangers need to understand the nature and extent of clinical risk in these contracts in what remains a limited-recourse environment. The clinical procedures are by their nature much more complex than the FM contracts in traditional PFI contracts.

The seminar will explore the extent to which clinical risk is now being borne by equity, subdebt and senior debt providers in the ISTC market and the NHS LIFT market, and will bring attendees up to date with the solutions current in the market place.
