Operis recently completed a model audit of Balfour Beatty’s operating model for the Ealing Building Schools for the Future PFI project.
The project involves the complete rebuild of Dormers Well High School and the refurbishment and upgrade of The Cardinal Wiseman School in Greenford.
This project reached financial close in December 2010 and Operis also audited the financial model at this earlier stage. This audit is part of a series of operating model audits which Operis have been working on with Balfour Beatty.
